“We chose to go with Arbor Home Group after we sat down with April and Johan. The financial breakdown of where the money was going was a huge factor, April had it all laid out for us line by line. When April received the architecture design of our home she went to work on the details of the home. We love what she did with the design to really make it ours. Once we started picking out items for the house we saved money on some areas allowing us to spend more in others. April was a huge help in making the process as stress free as possible. There were no surprise charges due to the fact we all had to agree to changes.
When they say to call if you have questions, they meant it. During the build Johan kept us up to date on what was going on and always returned a call or text in a timely manner. We can’t recall where they never got back to us. Johan answered questions and kept things moving as quickly as possible during the build.
Once the house was finished like all new builds we had a few items to fix, this was all done within reason. We had a few things we had to wait on due to supply chain issues but it was not a surprise because Johan and April never kept anything from us if an item was delayed. We knew some items would take longer to get. The folks that came to the home to fix or replace items were always polite and professional.
Arbor Home Group took care of us like we were family and they wanted the home to be just as special as we did. If we have to build another one, we would not hesitate to have them do it again.”

We started working with April in the design phase of our forever home after seeing some of her work on social media. She’s extremely talented, and we were really drawn to her and the design services that she offered.
Once we started working with her, we realized she also had a sister company, Arbor Home Group, that specialized in building custom homes. After how great our experience was going with April in the design phase of our home, we were super interested in having Arbor build it.
We met with April and Johan and we knew right away, they were the group we wanted to take on the project of building our home. They are both extremely easy to talk to, explain everything in a way that made sense to us, and are unmatched in how responsive and open they are throughout the process.
April and Johan are very good at what they do. Their attention to detail makes all the difference in the world, and it’s very apparent that every project they take on is personal and not just a number for them. Just as important as their talent, they keep extremely detailed spreadsheets, showing where every dollar we are spending is going. This has also made it super easy to go in and tweak things to fit our budget.
